Halsey Design worked with LMC Construction on Cedar Grove, a four-story affordable housing development in NW Beaverton, OR. This 44-unit property, which includes eight units for homeless families, required a comprehensive signage package to support accessibility and compliance. Our team designed, fabricated, and installed building signage, ADA-compliant unit and room identification, and all code-required signage. Through precise craftsmanship and attention to detail, we provided clear, functional, and visually cohesive signage that enhances navigation and ensures compliance while contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of Cedar Grove.
